  • Attending Board of Directors meeting
  • Notifying owners of the Annual General Meeting, attending the meeting
  • Prepare and send out meeting minutes
  • Respond to any correspondence
  • Prepare an annual budget and submit to the Board
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Check invoices, approve if correct and prepare cheques for submission
  • Annual fee notification and collection
  • Managing all contracted services including landscaping and snow removal
  • Managing all maintenance of fixtures within the Association
  • Monitor and inspect the maintenance work and address any deficiencies with the contactor
  • Act as a liaison with the City
  • Ensuring proper insurance is in place
  • Communication with lawyers on legal matters
  • Overseeing and enforcing the Encumbrance Agreements and By-laws
  • Property inspections
